A 100-year-old-plus Financial District landmark converted from rentals to condos in 2019, The Exchange is a 22-story building with 308 units and is located at 25 Broad Street. The building's limestone exterior sports carved Greek figures, lion’s heads, and floral embellishments. The lobby is a throwback to the building's storied past with Beaux Arts-style lighting. marble walls, and dramatic twin marble staircases.
